Weeks 1 to 3:
The Extraction
We find out exactly where your business depends on you. Every decision, every "quick question" that lands on your shoulders gets mapped. Then we identify the systems that matter.
Then we pick your Second in Command. Someone in your team who will own the systems when I'm gone.
Weeks 4 to 8:
The Build
Your best people get recorded doing what they do best. Phone on a tripod, walk through the job, done. That gets turned into usable systems the same day. Knowledge gets captured and documented.
Three to four systems go live every week. By week 8 your business has a playbook, and it lives where your team actually works.
Weeks 9 to 12:
The Handover
The systems go live with your whole team. Then you start stepping back. Week 11, you take a full week away from the business as a test run. Everything that breaks gets fixed and systemised.
Week 12, you book a 2 week holiday and go and enjoy it. Leave your phone at home, or in the safe, or throw it in the bin if you like!
Then do the Fortnight Test

Who's This Bloke Then?
I am a business owner myself and very much a systems thinker.
Most of us go into business with a desire for freedom, time and choice, but end up at the polar opposite of this. Not free from our businesses, but actually trapped by them.
I have owned a business that was very much an owner dependent business. What has moved me (and many others I've helped since) on from this position, is the ability to build and develop systems.

No, there is no sales pitch. This strategy session is simply about understanding where you are in your business. If we are a good fit for each other, we can discuss what that looks like.

The Fortnight Guarantee is this. By the end of the 90 days, if you have completed the process in full, you'll be able to take a full fortnight away from the business and it will run in your absence. If that doesn't happen, you'll get a full refund.
